Fantastic location by Times Square, close to everything. Our spacious room and huge bathroom were remarkable. Friendly staff made us feel welcomed and sorted out a noisy heater promptly 🌟. The complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby were a nice touch but was surprised at the lack of pet-friendly amenities for a hotel that boasts being pet-friendly, a small patch of grass for pets to use nearby would be a great addition.

The Muse exceeded all expectations. The ongoing remodeling didn't impact our stay. The location is a hidden gem, close to Bryant Park and with easy subway access. The room was spacious and peaceful, with top-notch staff. Overall, a delightful experience.

Loved the place, had a real good stay for a business traveler to have that experience.

Just stayed close to the parade route in NYC. Beds were SO COMFY! Loved the elegant breakfast. Service could be more engaging though. Would stay here again. The leisure room is better than in photos.

The room upgrade to an upper floor provided a quiet atmosphere, making our 7-night stay very comfortable. the hotel staff were helpful and offered great tourist recommendations. However, the lack of in-house dining options and limited food and drink availability on-site could be improved.

Although the lobby felt a bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel, the overall experience was pleasant and enjoyable, making for a memorable trip to the Big Apple.

The manager, Daniel, upgraded me to a beautiful room with an amazing shower. However, I wish the minibar was stocked and the in-room media system improved. Overall, a delightful experience.

We stayed at this excellent small hotel for our anniversary getaway. The location was ideal, walking distance from Times Square and surrounded by a great selection of restaurants and theaters. The room was delightful and spacious, with the added bonus of a refrigerator in the King Suite. The staff were outstanding, the friendliest and most helpful we've ever encountered in a big city hotel. We will definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to our friends.

My family and I recently stayed at The Muse for our wedding anniversary. The staff at Muse were excellent, always professional and helpful. Despite being only a block away from Times Square, our room was incredibly quiet, and we loved having a balcony to enjoy the city views. The manager went above and beyond to make our stay special by giving us an upgrade to two queen joining rooms, which were very comfortable. Plus, they surprised us with a chilled bottle of champagne in our room. The location was perfect, with Times Square only half a block away, and the room was larger than most in the city. We also appreciated the complimentary glass of wine in the afternoon.

Sadly, lack of in-room water and no restaurant or room service options let it down a bit, but still an enjoyable stay. 🌟

We loved staying at this hotel as it had everything we needed. The location was very convenient for us as it was close to many activities we wanted to do. We were able to easily reach several subway lines on foot, which made exploring the city very easy. The service was also great with quick and efficient responses to our every request. We were also impressed with the dry cleaning and laundry facilities that were available in our room. The staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly, and we appreciated that.

One thing to note was that the service could have been better, but we still highly recommend this hotel to families. Our room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities that we could have asked for, including a sitting area and a flat-screen TV.

The rooms were massive and the beds were so comfy - we all slept like babies after watching the wickedest Broadway show and hitting up an amazing rooftop party. The location was straight fire - right by Times Square, so convenient for exploring and getting turnt up in the city.

But yo, the only thing missing was a sick rooftop bar with DJ sets. Would've been even more hype if we could have partied at the hotel.
